WIN CARDS PROGRAM - PROCEDURES

NOVEMBER, 2007

Here is a quick outline on how the WIN CARDS PROGRAM works and what your responsibilities are. The entire casino staff must be trained to be able to accommodate our customers that will be partaking in this new promotion. Casino staff must become familiar with the WIN CARDS, how they work and how they can be of assistance to the people who receive them. Everyone must know how customers receive these card sets and how the chips and coupons are to be handled.

The WIN CARDS Tri-packs, featuring simplified instructions and plastic dial cards, for the games of Blackjack, Craps and Roulette, are being sold to Player’s Club members for $20.00. Along with their set of WIN CARDS, they receive $30.00 in special, non-negotiable casino chips and, one “Dealer’s Tip Chip Coupon”. The offer is strictly limited to one per person, every six months.

WIN CARDS NON-NEGOTIABLE CHIPS

  1. The WIN CARDS non-value chips “stay-up” until lost. When they lose, they are to be dropped in the drop box.
  2. WIN CARDS non-value chips are played like any value $5.00 chip.
  3.  WIN CARDS non-value chips are good for play ONLY in the Pit, on any live table game.
  4. WIN CARDS non-value chips may be played by themselves with no match bet required. After all, they have already paid their $20.00 “initiation fee” and the idea is to get them to play the first time.
  5. Table minimums must be met at all times, unless approved differently by a supervisor or manager.

DEALER’S TIP COUPON

  1. The Dealer’s Tip Coupon is a one play item, like a “lucky buck”, except in the Case of a tie, which is a “push” just like any other casino bet. The coupon plays until there is a “decision” of win or loss.
  2. The Dealer’s Tip Coupon is good for even-money bets only.
  3. The Dealer’s Tip Coupon must be played along with the customer’s bet. It cannot just be handed to the dealer for any type of redemption.
  4. If the bet wins, it is replaced with a $1.00 chip or token and placed with the dealer’s tips.
  5. In the case of a Blackjack, the coupon is to be paid only $1.00, not $1.50.
  6. The Dealer’s Tip coupon is to be dropped in the drop box after its one decision, win or lose.

WIN CARDS PLASTIC DIAL CARDS

  1. WIN CARDS may be used and referred to on the live games of Blackjack, Craps and Roulette.
  2. WIN CARDS are not a system, but merely a quick reference guide to the basics of how to play the casino’s live games. They are especially helpful in introducing new players to the nuance of how to play.
  3. If the player has questions about the strategy on the cards, refer to the card itself for guidance. Do not offer any additional information in the way of strategy in the case of Blackjack, if the customer asks. The WIN CARDS provides fundamental basics to a beginner.
  4. WIN CARDS are a new, simple way for the casino staff to help introduce new players to the casino’s live games. The casino’s managers, supervisors and dealers must become familiar with the WIN CARDS Program and how it works. They must become able and competent to answer all of our customer’s questions about this new promotion.
