WIN CARDS - PLAYER’S CLUB AND CAGE PROCEDURES

The following is a brief summary of the WIN CARDS procedures for the Player’s Club:

The customer brings their WIN CARDS flier/application to the Player’s Club.

The agent explains that a Player’s Club card is required for purchase of the WIN CARDS “Deal”.

For a customer without an existing Player’s Club account, the agent provides them with a Player’s Club account.

In the computer’s comment screen, the agent enters the initials w-c (for WIN CARDS) and the date.

For existing Player’s Club members, the agent will check the comments screen to determine whether the customers had previously purchased WIN CARDS. If they had not bought them in the past six months, the agent will simply post the initials, w-c and the date in the comments screen.

Customers can purchase the WIN CARDS once every six months.

If they have not purchased the WIN CARDS in the past six months, the agent at the Player’s Club will validate their flier/application with an time stamp or initials and the date.
The following is a brief summary for the WIN CARDS procedures at the Cage:

The customer takes their validated flier and $20.00 to the cage and receives:

$30.00 in the special, non-negotiable casino chips (six nickels).

A set of WIN CARDS

One Dealer’s Tip Coupon

The chips play until lost. When lost they are dropped in the drop box.

Cage bank cashier logs the chips on “Promo non-negotiable chips” sheet.

Banker sends validated WIN CARDS flier/application to accounting and adds $20.00 per card set to accountability for credit to casino revenues.

Count room prepares “promotional chip drop verification sheet” during soft count. Chips are counted and turned in separately from drop to the cage. They are not included in drop total.

Dealer’s Tip Coupons are dropped in the drop box following their “one decision. A total number of these coupons turned in can be compared with the number of WIN CARDS sold. No monetary value is attached to these Dealer’s Tip Coupons.

Accounting sheet is transferred with win cards chips to the cage and logged on “non-negotiable chips log” sheet.

Banker prepares “non-negotiable chip inventory” log at the end of each shift. This is not limited to the WIN CARDS chips but includes all of the casino’s non-negotiable chips.

All paperwork is forwarded to accounting, daily.
